Contactless inductive sensors of NAMUR standard - contactless inductive switches (sensors) of special explosion-proof type SNI are designed for operation in industrial equipment in conditions of a special explosive zone. The sensors belong to special explosion-proof electrical equipment and are marked with explosion protection according to GOST R 52350.11-2005:

• 0ExiallCT4 for high temperature sensors;
• 0ExiallCT6 for standard and low-temperature sensors.

When installed in an explosion-hazardous area, the sensors must be used in conjunction with associated electrical equipment having the type of explosion protection intrinsically safe electrical circuit level ia according to GOST R 30 85210-2002.

Inductive sensors for operation in a high-pressure environment of the NAMUR standard - SNI type switches in accordance with the NAMUR standard are two-wire inductive DC sensors with variable output resistance. When a metal object of influence approaches the active surface, the current through the sensor varies in magnitude from 5 to 0.5 mA. If the current value is less than 1.0 mA, the sensor is activated, if the current value is more than 2.2 mA, it is not activated.
